Conflict-related sexual violence remains a pressing issue in South Sudan, and GVO provides comprehensive support to survivors. The organization focuses on interim reparative measures such as medical care, psychosocial support, skills empowerment, education, and healthcare assistance. Special attention is given to children born out of conflict, ensuring they receive the care and protection they need. By advocating for public apologies, compensation, and guarantees against repetition, GVO works to create a culture of accountability and healing. These programs are designed to address trauma and restore dignity to survivors, enabling them to reclaim their lives and actively participate in rebuilding their communities.
