Last Friday, young women and Women’s Rights Organizations came together to strengthen advocacy for the Anti-GBV Bill, Family Law Bill, and the Permanent Constitution Making Process in South Sudan.

Discussions highlighted the need for stronger coordination among CSOs, increased engagement with the government, and building young women’s capacity to participate in justice processes actively. The campaign, officially named Justice for Her, was adopted to amplify our collective voice.

Through this initiative, young women and WROs will take the lead in advocating for stronger SGBV laws, improved access to justice, and meaningful participation in legal reform processes.

Key next steps include coalition building, advocacy trainings, engagement with national institutions, and mentorship to strengthen impact.
